The Data Management Team has been working to promote better decision making and ensure staff are trained in Microsoft Power BI - a suite of business intelligence (BI), reporting, and data visualisation products and services for individuals and teams.

Here is what the team has to say about key areas where they have made progress:

Data Discovery and Ingestion

​

We have made tremendous advancements in getting data from Oracle, Salesforce, Yardi and other key systems into the Data Lake. Currently, we are working closely with the Finance and Projects teams to turn both structured and unstructured data into insights to promote better decision making.

Dashboards

​

We have published multiple dashboards across the company to assist key business users in managing their decision making and operational work. These dashboards help track, analyse, and display data - usually to gain insights into the performance of the organisation, business unit or department, or a specific process.

​

So far, we have worked on sales and collections dashboards for the Commercial Team as well as employee engagement and performance dashboards for Human Resources. Currently, we are working on multiple financial dashboards for management. Do contact us for your data and analysis needs.

Training
