TRANSFORMATION JOURNEY: IMPLEMENTATION OF “TO-BE” REDESIGNED PROCESSES
As part of Nakheel’s Transformation journey, more than 1,200 initiatives were identified from the 468 processes that were re-designed last year.
The Organisational Effectiveness (OE) team is now kicking off implementation of these initiatives (technical and non-technical), in two phases. Workshops are being conducted with Phase 1 areas (Development, Commercial, Assets, Nakheel Community Management, Procurement and Contracts, Projects, Human Resources and Finance), to prioritise the initiatives and agree on an implementation roadmap.
For technical initiatives, OE team is working very closely with IT, to ensure governance by aligning the implementation requirements with the re-designed process.
The OE team is leading implementation of non-technical initiatives in collaboration with business teams. The implementation of these processes will bring us closer to the ‘future state’ that we envisioned.
Workshops for Phase 2 areas will commence in August.
