SERVICEHUB CELEBRATES TWO MONTH ANNIVERSARY

Nakheel IT celebrated the successful launch of ServiceHub that went live on 8 May 2023. The centralised platform provides support and aid for all IT services and enquiries.

With ServiceHub, IT requests and incidents can be submitted and tracked via the Nakheel Employee Services app. The platform aims to streamline IT work requests, reduce approvals, automate services, and enhance communication. 

The platform is a part of Nakheel IT’s ongoing efforts to digitise, transform, and reinvent the processes to keep up with the rapidly changing business landscape. 

More than 5,000 requests have been managed through the service since its release.
