NAKHEEL COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT SWEEP MAJOR AWARDS THIS QUARTER

This quarter has been an eventful one for Nakheel Community Management (NCM) with numerous award wins and sponsorships.

Nakheel Community Management made history as the first community management company in the UAE to achieve WELL Health-Safety Rating for Facility Operations and Management for all 365 buildings by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). The WELL Health-Safety Rating is an evidence-based, third-party verified rating for all new and existing building and space types.

​

The Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) and Nakheel Community Management celebrated this recognition at an intimate event, attended by His Excellency Eng Marwan bin Ghalita, Chief Executive Officer at RERA, Mr Naaman Atallah, Chief Executive Officer at Nakheel and other members of the senior management teams.

NCM also won two accolades at the Customer Happiness Summit and Awards (CHSA), with Masakin Al Furjan being recognised as the Happiest Residential Community of the Year In Dubai, and the award for the Best Use of Digital and Social Media to Enhance Customer Happiness, for excelling at customer experience by optimising digital and social media platforms to increase engagement and improve customer experiences.

At the International Real Estate Community Management Summit (IRECMS) 2022, NCM won Gold in two categories - Best Community Management Company of the Year category and Happiest Residential Community of the Year for Masakin Al Furjan. IRECMS Dubai Awards recognise UAE-based companies that are delivering outstanding results in the field of community management, facilities management, property management, and real estate in general.

Nakheel Community Management also inked a five-year partnership with Emirates Dubai, part of the HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series, as the Presenting Partner for the Netball Tournament which took place earlier this month. Numerous netball divisions compete on four courts at The Sevens Stadium, part of a wider campaign to champion bringing netball to Nakheel’s communities, with a host of upcoming training sessions, tournaments and events for all ages and abilities.

Over 100,000 fans attended this year’s festival. In addition, Nakheel Community Management was the Presenting Partner of the Emirates Dubai 7s Youth Netball Tournament for Under 11, Under 13 and Under 15 girls which took place in October, with the finals of the event taking place in front of packed crowds at the Emirates Dubai 7s in December.
