Nakheel Community Management has been on both the giving and receiving end of awards – being presented with amazing accolades from renowned external awarding bodies and launching their own successful award ceremony. 

Smart Built Environment Awards 


For the second year in a row, Nakheel Community Management (NCM) has been named the ‘Community Management Company of the Year’ at the Smart Built Environment Awards (SBEA) ceremony that took place recently in Dubai. This recognition is testament to the team’s commitment to the overall happiness and prosperity of our communities.


NCM also achieved the runner-up status for the ‘Community Engagement Initiative of the Year (LiveWell)’ in the same ceremony. 


Showcasing innovative solutions and best practices, while bringing people, companies, and sectors closer together, SBEA honours the exponential growth seen in the Middle East's built environment. It also recognises the excellence demonstrated by both individuals and organisations in adopting leadership and innovation in significantly contributing towards the sustainability of buildings and communities.

Customer Happiness Summit and Awards 


NCM was recognised with the Happiest Residential Community of the Year Award, for Mohammed Bin Rashid (MBR) City - MBR City - District One, for its commitment to nurture the happiness and wellbeing of its residents. NCM was also recognised as the Customer Happiness Company of the Year- Large, for their outstanding efforts in delivering exceptional experiences, fostering strong customer relationships, and consistently exceeding expectations, making NCM a true leader in customer-centric practices.


NCMs three pillars are: community centricity, customer focus and technology driven – and customer happiness is a core objective.


These awards show how NCM works to support a society that embraces happiness, a positive lifestyle, and a high quality of life. Nakheel Community Management continuously strives for excellence and is committed to promoting the highest standards of health, safety, happiness and prosperity within their communities.

First Community Management Service Excellence Awards  


In an industry first, NCM has held Service Excellence Awards, to recognise and honour top performing service providers, who are currently working in Nakheel’s communities. The awards serve as a platform to highlight groundbreaking efforts, outstanding projects, and creative solutions across Nakheel communities that have aided the development and prosperity of residents living there.  

The inaugural gala event was held at Taj Exotica Resort and Spa, The Palm, with fifteen awards given across five different categories including Customer Service and Innovation, Health and Safety, Facilities Management, Sustainability, and the Extra Mile Award.


With an overwhelming number of entries, winners were announced following two rounds of judging, which included scoring by a panel of judges, screening of written entries, and a second round of presentations. Imdaad, Transguard, Averda Environmental Services, Tridel Meteorology, Al Bonian Facilities Management, and ServeU were among the organisations recognised.
