EXCITING UPDATES FROM THE NAKHEEL INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME
This has been a great year for the Nakheel Internship Programme – one that has been taking place at our organisation for several years.
This year marks the highest number of internship applications accommodated, under the leadership of the Performance & Training division of the HR team and the relentless support of colleagues from all Nakheel Business Units.
2023 updates
A total of 21 undergraduate trainees from ten different universities/schools (local and international) were successfully assigned to the corresponding Nakheel Business Unit based on their majors. As part of the programme, the students could apply their theoretical knowledge into real life working practice.
They were placed across the Nakheel offices including the Nakheel Sales Office, Meydan, District One, Golden Mile Galleria, Murooj Al Furjan, Tilal Al Furjan and Nad Al Sheba Mall.
About the Nakheel Internship Programme
This initiative was launched in order to support the children of all Nakheel employees to have a unique training opportunity that would align to their university/school requirements, as they get to explore the organisation where their parents work. It has now been extended to employees being able to refer any relatives, who qualify.
