For the second time running, our organisation has been awarded the Great Place to Work® certification by the global research and consulting firm, Great Place to Work® Middle East. Congratulations to all! 


To become a Great Place to Work Certified™ company, Nakheel has had to meet a rigorous international standard based on extensive feedback on our overall employee experiences and day-to-day experiences in the workplace. The Great Place to Work® certification uses an anonymous survey to gather honest feedback from employees. 


Our survey results revealed that our employees were able to achieve a good work-life balance, felt supported in the workplace and get ample opportunities to grow and develop in their careers. In addition to these, the surveys also revealed that employees felt like their opinions matter and that they had clear visibility on senior management decision making. We are pleased to announce that your voice and insights have made Nakheel a Great Place to Work, yet again!
