Ru’ya 2023, Careers UAE Redefined is the most significant and important careers fair in the UAE, aligned with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to support the Emiratisation programme and develop Emirati talent.

The theme of Nakheel’s exhibition stand was interactive, providing a journey of sensory experiences, tapping into visitors’ creativity and collaboration skills and showcasing Nakheel’s landmark projects. During Ru’ya 2023, our Nakheel team, from across all Business Units, welcomed visitors and shared with them the culture and values of the company, as well as provided insight into Life at Nakheel. 

As a nice gesture, we offered mocktails and gelato for visitors to refresh and relinquish which became the highlight of the event! As the crowds started to gather in front of the mini kiosk, it proved to be a great addition to the Nakheel stand. Moreover, we demonstrated inclusivity through our giveaway presents, made by People of Determination, whom we had with us at the stand as well. The giveaways and the prizes were also well received by the audience.

We were overwhelmed with the popularity of our exhibition stand and how keen visitors were to find out about opportunities and career development at Nakheel. Ultimately, we wrapped our presence at Ru’ya 2023, Careers UAE Redefined with a list of 1,200 applicants. 

It was wonderful to welcome guests from the Board of Directors and Senior Management, as they visited the Nakheel stand to show their support for Ru’ya 2023.
