The Corporate Tax Briefing initiative, organised by the Finance tax team, provides insights on the introduction of the upcoming Corporate Tax regime in the UAE. While it commenced on 1st June 2023, this regime will be effective for Nakheel and the groups managed by Nakheel from 1st January 2024. 

The first briefing session was conducted in the HR Theatre, Nakheel Sales Office on Friday, 15th September 2023. The sessions will enable attendees to remain informed from a tax regulatory perspective.

Similar sessions will be conducted with other Business Units in the future. This update and the introduction of these sessions are a significant development, setting the pace for a wider collaborative environment across verticals at Nakheel.
