Driving Transformation through Business Process Redesign
Nakheel’s transformation journey through the Process Redesign project was kicked off by our CEO on February 16, through a workshop that included all BU heads and process champions.
After the kick-off, the Organizational Effectiveness Team came together with each business to develop the Process Universe and engaged ExCom into designing Nakheel’s Value Chain. The Design Sprint sessions are completed for Assets, Projects, Commercial, and Procurement & Contracts and is underway for Development, NCM and Finance . These Design Sprint sessions are deep-dive discussions for process mapping, with operational BU teams and cross-functional teams collaborating to simplify processes and identify digitalization improvements and insure alignment with CX Journeys.
In the following weeks, remaining BUs will also be engaged in Design Sprints, to take this further.
